The LibSafe software works entirely within the Internet browser - no program is loaded onto the client computer. This gives the benefit of being able to access important information from virtually anywhere. When the browser is closed, all the data is cleared out. Using the history tab on the browser will not return any unencrypted data. Similarly, saving pages or viewing the source of the page (HTML etc.) will not provide access to your unencrypted data.
A further safeguard built into the LibSafe system is that each page of information being sent from the server is sent with a unique "session key", and if the server receives a page with an incorrect session key the user is immediately logged out. This prevents pages being captured and used to attempt to access the server. Additionally, a user is allowed to get their password wrong 3 times, after which the account is locked for 10 minutes. This will slow down any attempt to guess the password and render an automated attack on your LibSafe useless.
